•    Named staff are trained in data protection procedures.
•     We have a legal basis for processing data.
•    The personal data we collect is subject to active consent by the data subject.
•    Data subjects can withdraw their consent at anytime
•    The personal data you provide is processed fairly and lawfully
•    The personal data you provide to jackrabbit technologies may be transferred or stored outside of the EEA.
•    The personal data you provide may be shared with legitimate requests from law enforcement agencies.
•    Third parties process Europa data.
•    Data stored on a computer is password protected.
